Reverse Mortgage Guide

"I had to do a reverse mortgage and I used Frank because he was recommended to me from a dear friend who had used him for her mom. I trust him and he is friendly and knowledgeable and I would do it again if I had to. Also, since completing the Reverse Mortgage a couple years ago, I have had questions about my monthly statement, and Frank was able to answer all my questions. He has always been available when I need him."

"I knew next to nothing about reverse mortgages until I met Frank Brockardt. He took the time to educate me about the RM process and share the benefits it would bring to my life. There was no pressure from him about whether or not I must make a decision now! It just felt like I had an advocate on my side during the entire process of obtaining the reverse mortgage. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and he worked with me every step of the way - as I'm sure he does that with all of his clients!"

"Several months ago, I was contacted by Frank to pursue the reverse mortgage. He told me that the Reverse Mortgage would provide the cash, cash flow and line of credit that I need to live more financially comfortable in my home. I live about an hour and a half drive from Frank and he and his wife met me in my home to go through the application with me to explain all the ins and outs of the Reverse Mortgage. I closed escrow recently and will be receiving $1000 per month that gives me what I need. Frank has followed up with me to make sure I understood the monthly Reverse Mortgage statement."

"We originated a Reverse Mortgage with Frank Brockardt serving as our loan officer and closed several months ago. He met with us in our home and led us through the application explaining each page so that we understood what we were getting involved in. We were able to pay off our current loan and save us almost $800/mo in loan payments. It also gave us cash at closing and a line of credit for future needs. The process was fairly smooth as we needed to get some repairs done to our home and have our house painted prior to the appraisal. Frank was with us when the notary met with us for the loan docs to be signed. Frank kept in touch with us during the 2-month process and has been available for questions that have come up since closing, and we anticipate that the RM will meet our financial needs going forward."

"Frank was extremely helpful throughout the process, always available to answer questions and patiently working through the process for my in-laws. There are many steps in this process, but when Frank is helping it goes much smoother! We are so thankful for his help, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to a friend or colleague!"
